I recommend using this blend during those anxious life situations when you need to take a deep breath – when your lung’s energy is drained, when you feel you cannot breathe due to circumstances that are choking you. In cases of exhaustion, sadness, or simply feeling low on energy, the synergy of pine tree, black spruce, and eastern hemlock can energise your lungs and recharge your batteries. They can help you take a deep breath of inhalation, so you may release negativity and continue forward.

 

#Ingredients

100% pure & laboratory tested essential oils of: Pinus sylvestris (Scots pine), Eucalyptus radiata (eucalyptus), Picea mariana (black spruce), Melaleuca alternifolia (tea tree), Lavandula angustifolia (English lavender) … and other magical plants.

 

#Cautions

Do not use in case of convulsive cough. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. If pregnant, lactating, taking medication or under doctor’s care consult a physician prior to use. Store at room temperature, away from sunlight. A skin test is recommended prior to use.

 

#HowToUse

A) Mornings as well as in situations when you feel shortness of breath, apply 2 drops into your palms, rub them together and inhale it slowly and rhythmically 7 times.

B) In case of any heaviness in your chest rub 3-4 drops into your chest as well as into the upper back area together with 1tbs base oil (cold pressed coconut, sesame or apricot seed). After 5 days of use, keep 2 days of break and repeat the treatment if necessary.

C) For general boost, massage 5-7 drops all along your whole spine with some base oil as mentioned above. After 5 days of use keep 2 days of break.

D) Create a fresh and vibrant sanctuary and diffuse 8-10 drops daily in your home or office.
