MEDITATIONS

I’m busy, I’m balancing my CHAKRAS! – 99min

-available as 1 on 1 or group sessions-

Chakra shuddhi means ‘purification of the psychic centres’. The idea of this meditation came to me while I was going through a Panchakarma cleansing 3 week program in India. One afternoon, I was just resting in a hammock under a palm tree, looking at the birds bathing on the rice field, while I was going through the natural integration process of the daily treatments. Suddenly my mind went somewhere else, and I started to “download” so to say, the structure and the story of this guided meditation. I wrote it down immediately and later on details and new ideas were running through my head. A year later I was in India again, and I found myself signing up to a Chakra Shuddhi and Chakra Sadhana few weeks course in Gokarna. After deepening my knowledge and understanding about the chakra system, I immediately started to rewrite the meditation accordingly and offer it to friends first and later to clients. Since then I’ve hosted countless group sessions. Ideas are forever growing and the result of the sessions are always surprising, unique and heart-warming.

It is an outer body experience, where I invite your spirit to go on an adventure, while your physical body is resting and healing in the space with me. I guide you through your psychic centers so you may discover hidden parts of yourself, find the energy blockages within your chakra system and release them. You might receive messages from your higher self, reconnect with the frequency of love, find balance and let go of unnecessary suffering, so you may experience the joy of life without fear. You can read more about the Chakra system here.

I am busy, I’m BREATHING! – 99min

peter frak aromatherapyWe live in a century of anxiety, fear & control. Our frontal lobe is constantly stimulated so the mind cannot ever rest because of the vast amount of information we are exposed to via social media. As the result of this overwhelming, low vibrational energy, most of us are used to breathe only into the chest area, quickly and superficially, leaving us in a heightened, anxious state.

When I started to re-discover myself through yoga, meditation and breathing techniques (mainly Pranayamas), I was shocked by the fact, that no one ever taught me in school for example, to breathe into my belly, deeply and mindfully so I will be more focused while feeling more balanced. How simple is that?!

One of my yoga teachers always said: “breath is the boss“.

When I understood the meaning behind, I couldn’t agree more. Where’s conscious breathing happening, there’s Prana (life force energy), balance, harmony, healthy circulation, reconnection with oneself, feeling of wholeness and all sorts of positive, healing effects occur in our system. Why is that so, you may ask…The most simple answer that can be given is, because with mindful breathing we finally switch from the sympathetic nervous system (fight-or-flight response) to the parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest response) that otherwise only happens during our sleep.

Pranayama is regarded as a science. It’s believed that you can control the power of your mind through regulating your breath.
The word pranayama comes from two separate words: prana and ayama. Prana translates to breath, while ayama has many different meanings including expansion, length, and rising. In yogic beliefs, it is thought that you can control your inner force, also known as prana, through a pranayama practice. In yoga, prana also represents the physical forces of light, heat, magnetism, and energy. These meanings center on the ability that a pranayama practice has to develop breath control and improve mental well-being. A strong pranayama breath is also believed to help detoxify your body.

During this meditation I combine my favourite Pranayama & meditation techniques alongside with olfactory (aromatherapy) breathing & sound healing.

Let’s clear your mind, so you can finally hear your truth!

I’m busy, I’m practicing LOVE! – 99min

budapest aromatherapyI believe the frequency of love has the greatest healing power in the whole universe. Love is the only force/phenomenon that neither science nor spirituality can fully explain. It is intangible, unique and different for all. A loving, open heart can move mountains and can instantly shift the consciousness of many.

An Indian sage said to his followers:
“Life is love and love is life. What keeps the body together, but love. What is desire but love of the self, and what is knowledge but love of truth. The means and forms may be wrong but the motive behind them is always love, love of the me and the mine. The me and the mine may be small or may explode and embrace the whole universe but love remains.”

Love is the most powerful force of the universe. It can heal, inspire and bring us closer to the higher self. Love is an eternal, never-ending gift to ourselves and to others. When we truly experience love, we find ourselves. Like a tiny spark that ignites a blaze, that can consume a vast forest, this spark of love is all that it takes to experience love’s full force in all aspects, eartly and divine.

The practice of living love exemplifies the unlimited abundance of the universe. No matter how many people you love, yourself, family, friends, the world, you can never run out of love. Because of the core of your being you are pure love. In ancient India the ecstasy of love was called Ananda or bliss consciousness. The ancient seers held that humans are meant to partake of this Ananda at all times. Living our lives with love for all beings helps us realize our spirit’s true nature.

Sat-Chit-Ananda, existence – consciousness – bliss.

Living from love attracts more goodness to you. Therefore to experience true abundance in your life, live the love that you were created to be. The love that you are, and watch your life flourish in all ways. The greatest gift you can give to anyone is LOVE.”

In this meditation I use a specific formula for the olfactory (aromatherapy) breathing, that contains plants that produce dopamine and serotonin. I will guide you through my favourite meditation, called Metta – loving kindness meditation. We will chant the bija (seed) mantra that activates Anahata, the heart chakra. I also added some sound healing and my lovely angel cards to the meditation process to help you purify and open your heart space.

My favourite centering thought to practice love is: “Today I remember to love everything & everyone I come in contact with.”

I’m busy, I’m meeting MYSELF! – 99min

peter frak aromatherapistThis concept was inspired by one of my favorite formulas of the Rainbow collection, by the process of creating the Homecoming blend.

As we are exposed to millions of impulses, informations and distractive thoughts in the every day life and also via our mind, we get further away from our true self. It’s almost impossible to hear our truth or listen inwardly, in this chaos we live in the 21st century.

As the result of all these noises and distractions, we become numb to life. We tend to shut down our emotions, we ignore the needs of our soul, we follow rules that are isolating us from happiness, we accept control, we normalize living in fear, and so we disconnect from our intuitions and loose our belief in ourselves.
We simply end up limiting our full potential.

During this meditation I combined olfactory (aromatherapy) breathing – with the magical Homecoming formula of mine – , with the powerful ancient technique of yoga nidra and sound healing. We ask for clarity and guidance from the universe & celestials through my tarot deck and my angel cards.

So with this concept I’d like to help you to gently find back to your truth. Re-discover your true self and see the magic, that you are.
