Meditations

Meditation has been part of my life since childhood. In the beginning, it served as a coping mechanism — an escape into the spiritual world. My first formal experience came during my initial Reiki training at age 15, and from that point onward, meditation gradually evolved into a practice of acceptance, awareness, and inner spaciousness.

Over the past decade, I have studied and practiced Vipassana meditation (in both Goenka and Mahasi traditions), as well as Tibetan Buddhist pranayama and meditation at dedicated centers. A two-year journey through India and Southeast Asia deepened this path of exploration and self-discovery.

Meditation LAB – Transformative Holistic Workshops

Over the years, I have developed a series of holistic workshops that I lovingly call “Meditation LABs.” These immersive experiences bring together a rich blend of tools and techniques I have worked with for many years, carefully designed to support collective transformation and inner exploration within a group setting.

Each LAB is a unique alchemical journey where I weave together elements such as aromatherapy alchemy, Pranayama breathwork, Kriya and guided meditation practices, chanting, journaling, chakra-focused exercises, sound healing, visualization, and angel/oracle card readings.

Many of these LABs are featured at my Soul Alchemy Retreats, where I offer some of my most beloved creations—such as Anahata LAB, Homecoming LAB, Inner Child Care LAB, or the 5 Elements LAB. Each concept is fluid and evolves naturally, often inspired by current astrological energies and the dynamics of the group.


I also design custom LAB concepts when invited to co-facilitate retreats or events, tailoring each experience to the theme, intention, and energy of the collaboration.

These workshops are an invitation to experiment, to awaken the senses, and to reconnect with the sacred space within—where transformation begins.
