FIRE ELEMENT FORMULA

Ether provides fire the space to burn while air provides fire the capacity to burn. Hence, the third element is fire which evolves from ether and air. Just as the sun is the generator of energy for the earth, fire is the generator of energy for the body. Fire is the form of perception, light, and vision, so the eyes are considered to be the sense organ of fire. Fire represents light, heat, energy, metabolism, and the power of transformation. People with a strong fire element in their constitution have leadership qualities and are adventurous, brave, confident, motivated, energetic, and progressive. They are eager in pursuing goals and are full of youthful spirit.

This formula helps balance an excess or deficiency of the characteristics associated with the fire element: energy; action; transformation; enthusiasm; passion; will; motivation; conviction; the strength to survive; faith; open to direction from your higher power; knowing the source; spirit; burned out; intense; don’t know when to stop.

Useful for those who have one or more of the following characteristics:
need to activate their will to take action
are so passionate that they “burn out” or tire those around them
need enthusiasm, passion and faith in their lives
are stuck in their lives or in a process and need to move on
dislike weakness in others, especially if it reflects their own weakness
are pessimistic and unmotivated
are afraid of transformation
need to find or express their individuality and their passion in life
demand too much of themselves and others
are too sharp or hotheaded
are demonstrative of emotion, but not necessarily with sensitivity

The Fire Element, known in Sanskrit as Agni, is essential for your health. Agni is the intelligent force of each cell, each tissue and every system within the physical body. When the digestive fire (Agni) is healthy, this impacts the positive wellbeing of the whole body. Metaphorically speaking, fire stands for intelligence, wit, clarity, truth, presence, and light. The element of fire lives in the physical body, keeping us “burning” and moving. This fire directs the release of hormones via the endocrine system and oversees the digestive, metabolic, and regulatory functions. Ayurveda identifies that Fire also resides in an even more subtle place: our minds. In our minds, fire provides clarity, illumination, and truth. This subtle aspect of fire is called Tejas in Ayurvedic philosophy, and it directs all mental, emotional, and spiritual activity, including the crucial mental actions of discernment and discipline. Fire is the element responsible for burning, clearing, cleansing, transforming and illuminating, but also for destruction, rage, power, impatience and recklessness.

C) Using it on specific body parts topically, for example the stomach area (location of the 3rd chakra) etc, please dilute 3 drops of Fire element formula with a small amount of base oil (for example: bio, cold pressed, virgin coconut oil, sunflower seed oil or almond oil) massage into the area mornings and evenings for 5 days. After 5 days of usage keep 2 days of break and continue with the same routine. After 3 weeks of usage, keep 1 week of break.

#PersonalTIP

The mantra Ram (rum) is the bija mantra of the third chakra (Solar plexus) and relates to the fire element. This element represents our ability to digest what is in front of us literally and figuratively, and the transformation of our work on ourselves. Chanting this mantra strengthens our work and encourages us to burn through any obstacles that have arisen. Chant this mantra at least 7 times daily or 108 times for better result.
