DEFENCE 10ml

The combination of eucalyptus, camphor tree, and Niaouli may support the energy levels after a hectic day or during an exhausting period. This blend supports the defensive energy “Qi”, awakens self-healing and boosts defences. In case of lack of energy, it helps to get back on our feet. Thanks to the expectorant qualities of some of the ingredients, it may expel cold and soothes irritation from chesty coughs and sore throats.

#Ingredients

100% pure & laboratory tested essential oils of: Melaleuca alternifolia (tea tree), Eucalyptus radiata (eucalyptus), Cinnamosma fragrans (saro), Ocimum basilicum (basil), Melaleuca quinquenervia ct. cinéole (niaouli) … and other magical plants.

#Cautions

For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. If pregnant, lactating, taking medication or under doctor’s care consult a physician prior to use. Store at room temperature, away from sunlight. A skin test is recommended prior to use.

#HowToUse

A) For supporting your well-being or for energizing, ask one of your loved ones to massage 10 drops all along your spine. In case of skin sensitivity use a small amount of base oils that I mentioned above. Maximum 3 times a week and keep 1 week break after 3 weeks of use.
B) For daily hygiene and for energizing, diffuse 8-10 drops daily in your home. Also add 1 drop into your palm, rub it together and inhale the scent 5-7 times slowly and rhythmically at least once everyday.

#PersonalTIP

Support the defensive energy of the body. Dilute 10 drops in 4tbs of sea salt and add it to the warm bath and have a cleansing, relaxing aromatic bath. Once a week you can also rub 2-2 drops into the sole of your feet before sleeping to protecting you from the feet up.
