I have been lucky enough to experience Peters aromatherapy treatment on two separate occasions when I have been visiting Vale de Moses. I'd never had aromatherapy before so went in with an open mind not knowing what to expect. On both occasions I was taken by complete surprise by the powerful effects of the treatment. During each session I felt completely transported, both physically as Peter's talented hands work their magic and help you de-stress, and spiritually as you take in the aromas and allow your mind to relax and let go. In the days following each of the treatments I could still feel the healing benefits and my usual daily anxiety was very much improved. Peter is such a kind and caring soul which is infectious to everyone around him. I couldnt recommend his aromatherapy treatment more if you are fortunate enough to get the chance to try it.

When I had my first treatment with Peter I expected to have a simple relaxing massage. Instead I found a real professional who was looking at me as a unique person with a body, a mind and a soul that needed to find again its harmony and strength. The night after the treatment I slept like a baby and I could feel the benefits as time went by. After the lockdown in a few treatments Peter gave a kick to my circulation and my person started to react positively once more. On the whole, Peter has the wisdom and the therapeutic capacity to seeing to the core the needs of the person he has in front of him. He also prepared two essential oil blends in order to help me in a continuos everyday way. And I feel that they are really helping me.

One of the best decisions I have ever made was when I went to Portugal to visit my friend, Peter, in Vale de Moses. I went with an open mind and a broken soul, but with the trust I felt, and the knowledge and passion he had helped me to start my healing process. The treatment I had was trully a defining one, the scents, the techniques, the conversations…I’ll be forever grateful!

My journey with Peter started in the mountains of Portugal, where his openness and kindness struck me from the first moment we met. It was a comfortable welcoming feeling with a huge sense of trust. I felt seen. Pete’s massage therapy is so much different and so much more of a complete way of treatment than the treatments I was used to. Now one year further, we are still working together and I am very grateful that we met back there in the mountains in Portugal.

I had the chance to experience the soothing massage & aromatherapy of Péter. Well I have to say it is not my character to relax and let go easily 🙂 But from the beginning of the session I felt very comfortable and trusting. The way Péter approaches is very sensitive and careful and I really liked the temperature and touch of his hands. Also his mind is connected to nature and the universe, which in my opinion is really important during a physical treatment during a retreat. I met Peter during my first visit at valley de Moses in Portugal. I was convinced to try his treatment after listening to him talking about essenti oils therapy. He’s passionate and so knowledgeable! That first treatment was mind-blowing. It’s an sensorial and emotional journey your body mind is taking when you trust him. And what happened during the session… i took it with me and it continued to grow with me. I knew I would see Peter again and continue the work we started with his precious skills. I was working as a Volunteer at Vale de Moses and was living with Peter and others during this time. One day I got a cold with fever, plus some anxiety because my body was doing what it wanted (or needed?). Without asking him, Peter was taking care of me, so lovely like an older brother. I felt so comforted. He mixed oils to inhale and for me to rub on my chest. He was lighting incense in my room and telling me meditation practices, giving me Vitamin C-Tablettes with Oranges, Grapefruits… And I was doing fine 3 days later! Usually my body takes between 7-10 days until it is ,,healed” after a cold. Thank you for being here for me Peter, it means a lot. I hope we will meet again <3
